"Fight Song" is here!

IT’S HERE! “Fight Song” was inspired by the Wisconsin protests of 2011, so we’re truly honored that the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO is premiering the video on this Labor Day. The video was shot by William Smyth Visuals with Paul Tierney, and edited by Jon Downs. The singer shares his thoughts about how the events in Madison sparked the national debate about income inequality as a guest blogger on WISAFLCIO’s web site. We hope you enjoy, and Happy Labor Day!

Boston Clawing this weekend!

To celebrate the big rock show at City Hall Plaza this weekend, the folks behind SXNE and Naragansett Beer present 'Boston Clawing', featuring Tigerman WHOA!. The Tigermen will be playing the big stage on the Plaza, and then they will join this more homespun event along with Parlour Bells, Old Jack, Airport, The Life Electric, The Silks, and many more, including us, of course! The whole thing is FREE and begins at 6pm at Ned Devine's in historic Faneuil Hall! Let us know you're coming with an RSVP right here!

We're back!

After a long winter's rest, we return refreshed, unfrozen, and with new songs to play. Be the first to hear these new songs on May 10 at the Davis Square Theater in Somerville as we join The Four Points Restraints to celebrate the release of their new EP, Malice. Parlour Bells and The Interrobang will also be joining in the festivities. The music starts at 9, and tickets are $10.

Extras! Extras!

We're shooting a music video and we want you to be in it! Can you join us this Sunday in Providence for a few hours? If so, here's what you need to know:

Sunday, January 26, 2014.
3:45 p.m. (End between 8-9)

25 Eagle Street, Providence, Rhode Island,+Providence,+RI,+US

You should dress as you normally would for day-to-day activities, but no no pearls or yachting attire if that's your every day thing! We do ask that you not wear anything that is brand logo heavy (sports teams, products, etc.). The video is a performance-based video. You will be serving as a participant of a musical rally. Your enthusiasm, acted or genuine, is all that is required. The shoot will be indoors in a heated building, but there will be one outdoor shot of all the cast members walking towards the location as a group. Please dress warmly! You will be outside for about 1⁄2 an hour. We will provide a late lunch/early dinner of pizza and beverages. We need about 10 more folks. Please RSVP at

Live Artist of the Year!

We capped of an already amazing year by taking home the trophy for "Live Artist of the Year" last night at the Boston Music Awards. We were up against a few giants of Boston rock in the form of Aerosmith, Bad Rabbits, Dropkick Murphys, and Peter Wolf. Needless to say, we were thrilled and delighted to hear our name emerge out of that crop! Thanks so much to everyone who voted, and for all the support and encouragment we recieved in the fantastic year of 2013. Here's a recap of the events by Jed Gottlieb of the Boston Herald.

We've been nominated for a Boston Music Award!

It's true! We are up for "Live Artist of the Year" against none other than Aerosmith, Dropkick Murphys, Bad Rabbits and Peter Wolf. That's some pretty heavy company, so please take a moment to vote for us! It appears that you can vote however many times you'd like, so go crazy! The BMAs happen at the Liberty Hotel in Boston on Sunday, December 8, and we will also be playing live at 8:00pm on the Esplanade stage.

It's true! Eddie Japan won the 2013 Rock 'n' Roll Rumble! We are completely elated, and we are so thankful for the support we received along the way. We are now part of Boston music history, and we are so pround of our city and of the Boston music community. We Are Boston, indeed. Thank you!!!
